These are truly unprecedented and uncertain times. With current isolation measures, many of us are staying home and while staying in bed all day was a dream a couple of weeks ago, now just sleeping in can become mundane. Here we have a couple of tips of what to do in bed to bring a bit of excitement into your day:
3. Have a conversation...
with either a housemate, your dog, or even yourself. Without a doubt, these are stressful times. Whether you are figuring out taking care of your loved ones who might be affected or prone to infection, financial situations, or the mental health toll of social isolation, talking out your stresses and feelings helps release that energy. While we are social distancing, it doesn't mean we stop connecting with those inside our house or just with ourselves.
Social distancing is the best practice we can do to flatten the curve. While it's hard work, it's important work. Our staff and family at Fox Mattress is wishing everyone well and to stay healthy!
