These are truly unprecedented and uncertain times. With current isolation measures, many of us are staying home and while staying in bed all day was a dream a couple of weeks ago, now just sleeping in can become mundane. Here we have a couple of tips of what to do in bed to bring a bit of excitement into your day:
2. Do a workout in your bed!
Cassie Ho from Blogilates in Youtube does varies at-home pilate videos that you can follow along with. Targeting not just specific muscle groups, but she also does fun videos on workouts you can do with your housemate or even in bed!
