There's nothing like curling up in bed with a nice beverage to end your night. The perfect drink can help sooth sleep into your eyes and rest your soul for relaxing rest that will start your next day fresh and anew! Here are some of our tips for the best end of day bevs:

1. Warm Decaffeinated Tea

Teas contain many antioxidants that impart great health benefits. Incorporating a cup of tea with your bedtime routine is a great way to get some extra nutrition into your body before the end of the day. In addition, drinking it hot will help sooth your body into relaxation. Celestial Seasonings "Sleepytime" tea is one of my favorites since it contains ingredients such as chamomile and mint that promote calmness.

2. Warm Milk

This is popular sleep remedy for children but there is no age restriction especially if your end of the deal is a better night's rest. Having a belly of warm milk induces a sensation of satiety that will help calm your body for peaceful rest.

3. Water

Water is the all over antidote to most wellbeing issues. One trick is the leave a glass of water out so that you can talk a big gulp first thing in the morning. Since you have been depriving your body of water for the 8 hours you were asleep, it is good to rehydrate your body. Gulping down some fresh water also helps with the waking up process and gets your day started off on the right note.
