Most people with brush this off, stating “you got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning,” but it is actually caused by simply not getting enough rest. This emotional sensitivity in the early stages might just affect your relationships and interactions with other people at first, but over time it can lead to drastic mood disorders such as depression and anxiety.
