Through studies done by the National Library of Medicine, they found that participants tend to fall asleep faster and described their sleep quality as 72% better after six weeks. While studies are still coming out regarding ashwagandha in particular, so far indications are leaning towards it being helpful to falling asleep, and having better quality sleep.
