2. Exercise - and make it ROUTINE

At home exercises or yoga is important to implement in your day so that your body is moving even if it's contained within the boundaries of your home. You might think doing more physical exertion will make you more tired when in reality it's important for your body to stay mobile to release endorphins that to contribute to good sleep and staying well rested.
