4. Don't force your child to sleep. Picking a rigid bedtime is benificial. However, a child forced to sleep could cause frustration and yelling for hours. It is better to let a child play quietly in their beds and unwind at their own pace. It will probablt take them less time to fall asleep this way than the alternative.
