6 Tips on How to Get Children to Sleep (Part 3)

August 1, 2018

Are you fighting with your child every night at bedtime? We have some tips. If you missed the previous article, you can find it on our blog.  More tips below.

3. Is every night a battle for dominance and authority? No one ever wins when it comes to cranky arguments over bedtime. The best way to make sure everyone wins, is to not make it personal.  Have the clock be the bearer of bad news by teaching your child to read the clock, or come up with a daily alarm from Alexa on one of the new Amazon smart devices. Whatever you choose for nighttime, it will give you more authority over behavior during the day.

At some point children are going to argue that they are uncomfortable in their bed.  Investing in a better mattress is a great way to change that. Contact us to find out your affordable options from Fox Mattress.
